Acceptance and Conditions:
Any use of this website and/or the contracting of My Apartment Rental service in Rio indicates consent of the user/client in accepting the following conditions.
Security and Privacy:
My Apartment Rental in Rio is based on confidentiality and secrecy of information supplied in each negotiation concerning our clients.
Prices:
The apartment prices will be determined in each negotiation in private and individual form and will be conditioned mainly by the following variables: time of the year, number of days requested by the client, number of persons occupying the apartment, etc.
All the prices are final and include taxes. In determined cases, and with previous agreement, will be charge additional fees in concept of light and gas service.
In all of the cases, be charged a value of R$ 100.00 (Hundred Real) in character of service of cleaning.
Reservation:
To make a reservation will be required:
Personal information: full name, number of passport and complete address.
50% paid in advance: In order to make the reservation, a payment of 50% of the rental is required in advance. This payment is non refundable. The remanding 50% should be paid during the check in.
The booking will not be confirmed until My Apartment Rental in Rio has received the payment of 50% of the rental.
Contract of Rental: Once confirmed the reservation, will be delivery by e-mail a contract of rental, including all the information as well as time of the year, number of days requested by the client, number of persons occupying the apartment, address, etc.
Forms of Payment:
Bank deposit or Bank Transference: It is possible only from accountings in Brazilian banks.
Wester Union: Cash transfers from any city in the world.

Deposit:
In all the cases will be estipulate a security deposit for potential damages to the property.
The deposit is returned at the check out. In case of objects damaged or missed during the stay of the guest, the corresponding amount will be retained from the deposit in order to buy those objects. If the deposit wasn’t enough to solve the damages, the guest will have to pay the corresponding difference.
Extension:
If the client decides to extend the stay at the rented apartment, a member of My Apartment Rental in Rio will be in contact in order to confirm the availability and realize the extension.
Cancellations:
The payment done in the act of the reservation is non refundable. Therefore, if a guest decided to reduce the length of the stay, the payment will not be returned.
Check in - Check Out:
The check in and the check will be realized with the presence of a representative of My Apartment Rental in Rio in days and schedules previously coordinated.
